Vivian Alice Jee

Founder & Managing Partner

Vivian Alice Jee has spent two decades at the intersection of automotive markets, emerging technology, and global capital, and now leads the firm's advisory and venture activities. Her experience spans the industry's full value chain, from OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers to the technology platforms and financial institutions shaping its future.

Prior to founding Alice Ventures, she held senior leadership roles at HARMAN International (a Samsung company), Cerence, and Wipro, where she worked directly with global OEMs and ecosystem partners across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. In roles spanning enterprise technology, automotive AI, and Tier 1 systems, she advised OEMs on critical technology and platform decisions while engaging the investors underwriting the sector's next cycle of change.

Her perspective is shaped by deal-making at the point of execution, where product roadmaps, supply chains, and capital allocation meet, and where consensus narratives often fail.

She holds an Executive MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business and executive finance credentials from NYU Stern.
